We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our dear Mother Donna Joy Rountree of Orlando, FL. on Monday February 20, 2023 at the age of 79. Donna was born in Miami, FL.  later relocating to Orlando in 1989 for the arrival of her first grandchild.

Donna graduated from Miami High and later retired after her years of secretarial services. Donna was a strong spirited mother who loved her family with all of her heart and soul, she found her greatest joy at family gatherings.

Donna was preceded in death by her older brother Jimmy, parents Fred and Pat Bower and her niece Kimberly.  Donna will be deeply missed and leaves behind her legacy and amazing memory to her three children Diane (Mike) Belanger, Donnie (Lisa) Miller and Danielle (Jason) Boyd. Her  Grandchildren Brittany (Michael) Futch, Lindsey (Jonathan) Hull, Hunter Boyd, Garrett Boyd and Brittney (Austin) McKown. Her five great grandchildren, her siblings Guy (Beth) Bower, Brian (Gina) Bower and her niece and nephews.

A casual celebration of life will be held at Diane’s home, 101 N. Virginia Ave. Sanford, FL 32771 from 12:00-2:00pm on Sunday March 5th, in lieu of flowers we ask that you bring your fondest memory of Donna to share with the family.
