Marlene B. Siple, age 46, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2026, at her home in Kissimmee, Florida.

Marlene was born on March 6, 1980, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Thomas Wesley Hayward and Deborah Wingfield. She completed her GED through the Philadelphia Public Library in 2000 and went on to complete the CNA program through Frankford Torresdale Hospital. She went on to work in various nursing homes and hospitals throughout her life.

In 1999, Marlene met her best friend and partner, Truman Jason Siple. Their relationship grew into a lasting love, and they were married in 2001. Together, they built a life centered around love, companionship, and family. They both shared a passion for freedom whilst always finding their way back to each other at the end of the day.

Those who knew Marlene knew her passion for music, food, fashion, and travel. She had a love for the things that brought joy and beauty into everyday life. She especially cherished her role as a homemaker, taking pride in creating a loving and comfortable home for her family. She was happiest surrounded by the people she loved and treasured the time she shared with them. Marlene’s love of travel and spending time with her husband were some of the best moments of both their lives.

Marlene is survived by her beloved husband, Truman Jason Siple; her father, Thomas Hayward; her sister, Theresa (Charles) Washington; her brothers, Gerald Hanible, Micheal (Lauren) Hanible, Muhamed Conde, and Ousman Conde; her sisters, Azia Roberts and Aniyah Azore; and her sister-in-law, Jennifer (David) Siple-Chamberlain. She is also survived by her extended family, including 13 nieces and nephews, who will carry her memory with them.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Deborah (Wingfield) Azore.

Marlene will be remembered for her love of music, appreciation for life’s simple pleasures, and devotion to her family. Her presence brought warmth and love to those around her, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Marlene’s name to the Schizophrenia & Psychosis Action Alliance, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by schizophrenia and related psychotic disorders.

Marlene’s life was a gift to those who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
