It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Jeffrey John Miller on September 4, 2026. He had just turned 70 years young. Jeff was deeply loved and will be sadly missed.
Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on August 16, 1956 to Ron and Charlotte Miller. He leaves behind his wife of 37 years Gloria Treder, a son Danny Klepper currently station at Fort Knox, Kentucky. In addition, he leaves four grandson Christian Noah, Zach and Ethan; one brother Corey Miller; three nephews Jonathan Nolan and Sebastian; four nieces Kelly, Kim, Melanie, and Sarah.
At 17 years old, Jeff enlisted in the Army and excelled swiftly up the ranks. He was able to reach Sergeant E5 in just five short years accomplishing as a motor pool, sergeant serving in Schweinfurt, Germany. After his separation from the army, he worked as maintenance manager at Columbia Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin until 1984.
From there, he moved to Florida where he married, built a house and worked as a vehicle mechanic. his motorcycles, race cars, exotic cars, car dealerships and car auctions. In 2008 he started up his own carpentry business and was very successful until a work injury permanently disabled him from doing manual labor.
Jeff was a good man. He was the go to guy if you needed something fixed, he was there when you needed him with the right tools and stayed until the job was done.
Jeff loved his family, friends, neighbors deeply and passionately, like he loved all things in his life. His home, his motorcycles his dogs, his music. Two things he could not do is cook or sing, but Jeff added spice and flavor to all of our lives, and we can sing his praises for him.
