Karen Sue Reko, age 64 of Lake Mary, Florida passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, July 1st, 2026.

Karen was a Leo, born July 23rd, 1961 in Northfield Minnesota. Raised in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. Karen attended the prestigious Fairbault School for the Deaf in her formative year’s. In 1971, at 10 years of age, she moved along with her family to Central Florida, where she resided in Lake Mary, Florida.

Karen was a Very Spiritual Soul as well as a Christian of Methodist faith. Karen was a proud and adoring Mother to her beautiful Daughter Kristina and her wonderful Grandson, Jaime.  Karen was a Textile Services Cast Member at Walt Disney World in the early 1970’s. Her True Craft was Electronic Assembly, Quality Control for over 30 year’s.

Karen’s Loves in Life, besides her Family, included her Love for the Beach, her Jeeps, an Avid Minnesota Vikings Football Fan and loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles, just like her Father.

Survived by Mother Marcella Reko (Wilson) Bryan, Daughter Kristina (Jerry) and Grandson Jaime Reko. Brother Robert (Cathy) Reko, Sister Cheryl Noll, Sister Valerie (Ralph) Reko, Sister Rebecca Cannavo, as well as many Niece’s and Nephews.

*Celebration of Life for Karen will be held at Grace Church Lake Mary, FL on Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 at 11:00 am.
