Guillermo Cisneros was the son of Jose Santos Cisneros, a Leon Nicaraguan pioneer in photography and Natalia Godoy de Cisneros. He was born October 22, 1926 in Leon, Nicaragua and was one of nine children:  Aristarco Cisneros, Dr. Raul Cisneros, Dr. Jose Santos Cisneros, Alicia Dickinson, Natalia Almendarez, Dora Cisneros, Gioconda Ferreti and Gloria Elsen .

He practiced photography in Leon, Nicaragua at the Foto Cisneros, played baseball, and attended Medical School in Leon. He obtained his Doctorate Degree in Medicine and Surgery from LaUniversity Nacional Auonoma de Nicaragua. March 19,1960 he married the love of his life Estela Jeronima Salvatierra in “La Cathedral de Leon Nicaragua”, El Padre Velasco blessed their marriage. They have three children, Natalia de Blandino, Dr. Jose Santos Cisneros, and Estela Maria Cisneros.

In the mid 1980’s he migrated from Nicaragua to the United States and became an American Citizen in the 1990’s.

He entered into Eternal Rest on June 8, 2022. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Estela Jeronima Salvatierra de Cisneros. His daughter Natalia Cisneros de Blandino and son in law Roberto and their 3 children Sheyla, Roberto, Guillermo and their 8 grandchildren Kristian, Nathanael, Roberto, Alvaro, Natalia, Estela, Ana, and Guillermo

Son Dr. Jose Santos Cisneros and daughter in law Paula Cisneros and their 5 children Sarrah, Rebecca, Benjamin, Katherine, Hannah and their 2 grandchildren Amia and Mavis. Daughter, Estela Maria Cisneros and her 2 children Jose and Diane. He is also survived by his sister Giocond Ferreti, granddaughter in laws, grandson in laws, nephews and grand nephews.

He was an incredible loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother, Doctor, Uncle, and of course friend. He lived his life in Christ which was taught to him by his family. His wisdom will live on through his legacy, which is to love faithfully, work hard, trust in those you love and in Jesus Christ our Creator and Savior. He will live in our hearts and memories forever.

Rest in Peace Papa . Your heart has touched so many, and your love will live on.

The Rosary will be June 20, 2021 at 7PM at Good Shepherd Catholic Church

The Funeral Mass will be June 21, 2022 at Noon at Good Shepherd Catholic Church. 5900 Oleander Dr. Orlando, Fl 32807.
