Frances Marie Palange Vecchio, formerly of Fairmount, New York, passed away peacefully in Orlando, Florida on October 27, 2023 at the age of 96, she was predeceased by her husband Sam Vecchio. 

Frances is survived by her daughters, Susan Vecchio, JoAnn (Doug) Detor, and Mary (Wayne) Stone, three grandsons Michael (Caity) Arton, Christopher (Aurora Ulbing) Arton, Joseph Arton, four great grandchildren, Wyatt, Morgan, Theia, and Elio, several nieces and nephews.
