Joseph Phillip McCullough (Phil), 72, of Paisley, FL passed away June 8th, 2021.He was born Jan 29, 1949 in St. Augustine, FL. Phil served in the United States Air Force, 1969-1973. After his service, he then went on to graduate from Stetson University in DeLand. He attended South Eastern Theological Seminary and graduated with his Masters in Divinity. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary Lou McCullough, and his brother William H. McCullough. Phil was a lifelong Pastor, teacher and friend to many. Phil is survived by his daughters JoAnn (Chris) Giaimo, Chrystal (Michael) Ferguson and grandchildren Caleb (Daylan), Annabelle, Ethan, Caitlin Ferguson, and Tavish Giaimo. As well as his sisters Brenda Shipp, Ruth (Frank) Favaro and Kay (Clint) Buchanon.
